Services
Seven ways we take on work — and one way we run it.
Whether it is a single home, a workplace fit-out or a full turnkey mandate, the method is the same: draw it, price it, agree it, then build exactly that.
Service 01
Residential
Individual homes, villas and apartment builds, taken from the first measured site visit to the day the keys change hands. One studio draws it, prices it and builds it.
- Site study and brief
- Structure and finishes
- Handover documentation
Service 02
Commercial
Offices, retail and hospitality, planned around how the space will actually be occupied and serviced — circulation, loads, HVAC routes and phasing settled before the shell is closed.
- Space planning
- Services coordination
- Phased handover
Service 03
Interiors
Joinery, finishes, lighting and loose furniture, detailed to the millimetre and executed by the same team that built the shell — so the ceiling, the light and the wardrobe agree with each other.
- Detail drawings
- Bespoke joinery
- Lighting and finishes
Service 04
Turnkey / Design-Build
One agreement covering design, approvals, procurement and construction. A single point of responsibility, a single programme, and no gap between the drawing and the person holding the trowel.
- Single agreement
- Procurement managed
- One accountable lead
Service 05
Architecture
Concept, planning and full working drawings — including the sections and details that usually get left to site. Available on its own, or as the first stage of a build with us.
- Concept and options
- Working drawings
- Approval drawings
Service 06
Renovation
Re-planning, structural repair and refurbishment of buildings already standing. We survey what is there before proposing what changes, because an existing building is a set of constraints, not a blank site.
- Condition survey
- Structural repair
- Staged occupation
Service 07
Vastu Consultation
Vastu reviewed at the planning stage and reconciled with structure, ventilation and daylight — resolved in the layout rather than bolted on after the plan is frozen.
- Orientation study
- Plan reconciliation
- Written report
Not sure which one
Most projects need two or three of these at once.
Tell us the site, the rough scope and when you would like to start. We will tell you which of the above applies — and which of them you do not need.
