A design-and-build studio that finishes what it draws.
Krtaarth Construction works in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, taking projects from the first measured site visit through drawings, estimates, execution and handover — under one agreement and one point of contact.
Our story
Built the way it was drawn.
Most building problems are not construction problems. They are decisions that were never actually made — a detail left to the carpenter, a rate left to the end, a service route discovered when the slab was already cast. The cost of that shows up late, and it shows up on the client’s side of the table.
We work the other way round. A project is drawn, specified and priced before anyone breaks ground, and the same studio that drew it is the studio that builds it. That single change removes most of the argument from a build: there is one set of drawings, one estimate, and one team answerable for both.
It also means we would rather run a small number of projects properly than a large number approximately. Every project has a named lead who is on site, in the drawings and on the phone — not a coordinator relaying messages between two firms.
A note from the founders
A home is the largest thing most people will ever commission, and usually the least familiar. Our job is to take the guesswork out of it — to show you what you are buying before it exists, to price it honestly, and to be the same people on site that you met in the studio.

01Year —
Residential beginnings
The practice takes on individual homes end to end — brief, drawings, estimate, execution, handover — rather than acting as a contractor on someone else's set of drawings.
02Year —
Design brought in-house
Architecture and interiors move under the same roof as execution, so a detail can be drawn, costed and built by people who sit in the same room.
03Year —
First commercial fit-outs
Workplace and retail projects join the portfolio, bringing services coordination, statutory approvals and phased handovers into the way the studio plans work.
04Year —
Turnkey as the default
Design-build becomes the standard offer: a single agreement covering drawings, procurement and site, so responsibility for the result sits in one place.
05Year —
The practice today
A studio working across residential, commercial and interior projects in and around Indore, with the same team on site as in the studio.

Six things we will not trade away.
Drawing-led
Nothing goes to site that has not been drawn, checked and agreed first. Decisions get made on paper, where they are cheap to change.
Priced in the open
One itemised estimate, line by line. Variations are quoted and approved before they are executed, never discovered on the final bill.
Site discipline
A sequenced, supervised, tidy site. Safety and housekeeping are part of the programme rather than an afterthought.
Material honesty
The specified material is the material that arrives. If something has to change, it comes back to you as a decision, with the reason.
One point of contact
Design, procurement and execution answer to the same person, so nothing falls into the gap between two trades.
Aftercare
Handover includes as-built drawings, warranty documents and a defects window. The relationship does not end when the keys change hands.
